By participating in LifeCheck's Get Fit program you will receive:

  • Tips for inspiration for lunch and dinner.
  • Appropriate exercises that you can do in addition to the meal plan.

How does it work?

Register and complete the checklist. If necessary, a nutritionist will contact you.

  • 1 Request the service

    First fill in the checklist that is needed to set up your personal program.

  • 2 Start your plan

    If you meet all (medical) requirements, you will usually receive your personal exercise and nutrition plan immediately and you can start quickly. One of our experts may contact you to discuss your situation.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.

This is not emergency care and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you feel seriously unwell, we recommend that you contact local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or harming yourself, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell baby.
  • Anyone can start a healthier lifestyle, but it is not always easy. Sometimes you need a little help. Our team is ready to support you.
