Can I use this service?

Yes, through your employer you have unlimited free access to a coach from the LifeCheck team.

How does it work?

Schedule a video consultation yourself or have our coach contact you by phone. Everything that is discussed will of course remain between you and the LifeCheck coach

    You can request an appointment at any time. Choose a phone consultation or a video consultation. You will receive a confirmation from us after your request.

  • 2 Discuss your situation confidentially

    In the first appointment, we will work together to examine your situation and determine what support you need.

  • 3 Get the help that fits your situation

    Depending on your situation and needs, you will be put in touch with an experienced budget coach.

The LifeCheck services are not available for emergency questions emergency assistance.
