With LifeCheck, you always have quick access to a doctor to discuss your complaints, concerns or questions with. Where and when it suits you. At home, at work or while travelling.

Our team of doctors is available on work days between 8.30 am and 7.30 pm.

Our experts take ample time to discuss your situation and questions, offer a listening ear and help you on your way to a solution.

Through your employer you have unlimited access to this service at no extra cost.

How does it work?

You can schedule your own video consultation or have one of our doctors contact you by phone as soon as possible.

  • 1 Request a call

    You can request an appointment at any time. Choose phone or video. After you make your request, you will receive a confirmation from us.

  • 2 Speak to your doctor

    Once we have received your request, a doctor will contact you at your chosen time and method.

  • 3 Get answers to your questions.

    Discuss your situation with the doctor. If necessary, we immediately schedule a follow-up appointment.

You can ask our doctors any question you have about your health from the comfort of your own home, at work or while travelling.

LifeCheck is not suitable for solving emergency problems.
Think of chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications and high fever in a sick children. In an emergency we always recommend calling your local emergency number (112 in Europe).
  • This is not an emergency service. Below are examples of situations we are unable to handle. If you feel very unwell, we recommend going to your local emergency room.
