Life Events Counselling

Always, easily and quickly in conversation with one of our expert coaches

Is your relationship under strain or are you getting divorced? Have you lost a loved one and are struggling to cope? Have you experienced a traumatic event?

Some situations can have an unexpected major impact on your life. Big or sudden changes such as the birth of a child, forming a blended family, caring for your parents or sick partner, can throw you off balance.

When you are out of balance, it is difficult to oversee the situation. Both with positive and negative changes in your life. Then it can be nice to pause and check how you are actually doing.

Use LifeCheck and speak confidentially with one of our coaches. Sometimes just a listening ear can make all the difference.
