How does it work?

Schedule a video consultation yourself or have our coach contact you by phone.

  • 1 Request a call

    You can request an appointment at any time. Choose a phone consultation or a video consultation. You will receive a confirmation from us after your request.

  • 2 Speak to a coach

    During your first consultation, you will work with your coach to understand your situation and work together to determine what support you need.

  • 3 Work together on your request for help

    Depending on your needs and situation, we will schedule one or more follow-up appointments.

The LifeCheck services are not available for emergency questions and emergency assistance. We will refer you to your doctor or professional counsellor if you are experiencing any of the following: suicidal thoughts or self-harm, psychosis, hallucinations, mania, schizophrenia, severe depression, PTSD, personality disorders, domestic violence and drug and alcohol addiction. If you are thinking about suicide or want to harm yourself, please contact the suicide prevention team (113 in the Netherlands), where you will receive an immediate response.
