Are you considering quitting smoking? Have you tried to quit a few times, but failed? Do you find it difficult not to smoke when socialising and going out?

Through this programme, we support you to break this habit. Take the first step towards a healthier life and join our programme. You will quit smoking supported by a coach and potentially a doctor, who will support you throughout the process. Through LifeCheck, offered by your employer, this programme is completely free.

We will help you quit smoking for good.

Who is this program suitable for?

Anyone who would like to quit smoking and could use help to do so.

How does it work?

You can register immediately to start the program.

  • 1 Sign up and start today

    As soon as we have received your application, we will link you to your Stop Smoking coach

  • 2 Speak to a professional coach

    In a one-on-one conversation you will receive a detailed explanation about the program and how we will help you

  • 3 Set goals together

    Together with your coach, we determine your goals and you receive personal advice to reduce the urge to smoke

  • 4 Ongoing support

    We will continue to support you and will schedule a regular follow-up appointment to discuss what you have achieved and what you need to keep going.

What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or harming yourself, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell baby.
